WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

We collect and store minimal information on you as a user. During login we store the information you allow us to see such as email address and possibly your full name. Other than that we store no other personal information about you as an individual.

As you use the application we store general analytics data allowing us to view trends on how the application is used.

We also utilize a 3rd Party Advertiser (Google) to display ads within the application. Your interaction with those ads are collected by that 3rd party.

We only use the personal information you provide to help us improve your experience within the application. We do not sell our user information to third parties.

Some of your data is also used to personalize the advertisements that appear within the application.

Your Rights

As a user of the Concert Memory Archive, you have the ability to add, update and delete your concert experiences. Although you retain the rights to your stories to use as you see fit, by adding them into the platform you are granting Concert Memory Archive and David Dutkowski Archiving LLC the rights to use them, in perpetuity, in social media, marketing, as well as digital and non-digital projects, known and unknown. If you wish to have your memories removed from the platform, you can contact david@concertmemoryarchive.com.

If you decide that you want to have any/all personal information deleted from our systems, you can do so by sending an email to david@concertmemoryarchive.com. Note that this may make the application unusable for you. Note that we will only remove your personal information and not the memories or comments you have added.
